Regency Mobile App - Data Deletion Request Form

If you have an account and use any of the Regency mobile applications on iPhone or Android devices and would like your account information deleted, please complete the information form below. Regency’s app administrator or Data Protection Officer will be notified immediately. Regency will confirm the receipt of this request within 10-days. Alternatively, you may call +61 3 9799 7277 to submit your request.

Please note, we cannot respond or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity and confirm the personal information relates to you.

We will only use the personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity.

Account creation cannot be undone, once deleted all data within your App account will be permanently removed. Check this box to confirm this is your desire.
